International orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and courier delays.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday.

Place your order before 3pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

During launches, restocks and particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally take a little longer. If there are any significant delays to your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is available on pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and/or handling fees when entering the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or Studio Cinch shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside of Studio Cinch's control. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing your order if you are unsure of the potential charges.

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes or fees required for their parcel to be released by customs.

If an international order is refused or left unclaimed because duties, taxes or customs charges have not been paid, any costs incurred in returning the parcel to Studio Cinch may be deducted from the amount refunded, where permitted.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you choose delivery to a flat, apartment building, workplace, shared accommodation, reception area or another location accessible by multiple people, please ensure that it is a safe and suitable place to receive your parcel.

Studio Cinch cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or misplaced after being delivered to the correct address and accepted by a neighbour, receptionist, building staff member or another person at a shared delivery location where the carrier has completed delivery in accordance with its service.

If you are concerned that your chosen address may not be secure, we recommend using an alternative delivery address.
